Gymdays Studio was founded with a vision to provide a nurturing and inspiring environment for children to explore the world of gymnastics and dance. Our journey began with a passionate group of individuals who shared a common goal: to support children in discovering their potential while having a blast along the way.

At Gymdays Studio, we offer a wide range of innovative gymnastics and dance programs designed to cater to various age groups and skill levels. Our highly qualified instructors are not only experts in their respective fields but are also dedicated to fostering a love for movement in every child who walks through our doors.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to inspire children to pursue their passions, boost their confidence, and create joy-filled days. We believe that every child has the potential to shine, and we are here to provide the guidance, resources, and support they need to do just that.

Meet the Owner!

Founder and lead planner, Afrita Nasril, is passionate about gymnastics, lifestyle, urban living and executing exciting events for her clients. Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Afrita has been planning gymnastics training events full time since 2000 – that’s over 1000 gymnasts and counting!

Afrita studied Media and Mass Communication and Sports science at the Mara University of Technology and continued Semmelweis University in Hungary where her passion for coaching grew and she was exposed to the competition and training event planning industry. From there she worked full time with one of the States Government sports department and move to national Sports Department, where she was fortunate to be the head coach with the National Gymnast background. And lead planner on many incredible projects locally, National and Internationally. Some events of competitions Afrita has managed and executed since opening Gymdays Studio in 2001 and has produced many names of gymnast to the National Team of Malaysia. Afrita has also developed many coaching courses for the teacher and coaches throughout Malaysia. And enjoys teaching and sharing her experiences with students industry professionals.

Passionate about gymnastics and getting involved with the community, Afrita has continued her Masters in sports Psychology and has produced a book about Practice in Mind in Gynmnastics Sports.
